Commencement
2 Commencement
(1) The provisions of this Act (except as provided in subsections (2), (3) and (4)) commence on the date fixed by the Administrator by Gazette notice.
(2) Sections
142 and 147 are taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of section 53 of the Land Title and Related
Legislation Amendment Act 2008.
(3) Sections
149 and 152 are taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of section 27 of the Land Title and Related
Legislation Amendment Act 2008.
(4) Sections
163, 166, 167, 168 and 174 are taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of section 47 of the Land Title and Related
Legislation Amendment Act 2008.
