43 Contract for sale of units
(1) This
Subdivision applies to a contract for the sale by a person (the
seller) to another person (the buyer) of a unit that will come into existence when a scheme is formed or changed.
(2) This
Subdivision has effect despite anything to the contrary in the contract.
