61 Variation of process
(1) The
Tribunal may vary an approved reinstatement process (whether or not it was approved by the Local Court or Tribunal) on application by anyone who could apply under section 59(1) for the approval of a reinstatement process.
(2) Section
59 applies to the variation under subsection (1) in the same way as it would apply to the approval of the process.
(3) Alternatively, the bodies corporate of the schemes mentioned in section 59(1)(a) may, each by a resolution without dissent, vary the process.
(4) Section
60 applies to the variation under subsection (3) in the same way as it would apply to the approval of the process.
