78 Requirements about meeting and voting
(1) The body corporate and the committee of a scheme:
(a) must hold meetings as required by the management module; and
(b) may hold other meetings as decided by the body corporate or committee (as appropriate).
(2) The management module may provide for the meetings and voting procedures for the body corporate and committee, including, for
example:
(a) the appointment of a proxy for a meeting; and
(b) the counting of votes for a resolution.
