98A Jurisdiction of Tribunal
(1) The
Tribunal has original jurisdiction to deal with matters under this
Division.
(2) Section
140 of the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Act 2014, does not apply to a decision of the Tribunal under this
Division.
