103 Facilities for service of documents
A corporation (other than a building management corporation) shall cause to be continuously displayed in a conspicuous place on the parcel a notice showing the name of the corporation and the address shown on the units plan for service of documents.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
A building management corporation must cause to be continuously displayed in a conspicuous place on the building lot for which it is incorporated a notice showing the name of the corporation and the address shown on the building development plan for service of documents.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
