26ZC Application of Part V
The Regulations may vary the application of Part V (other than
Division 1 of that Part) and Schedule 1 to and in relation to an estate development corporation and the management of the affairs of the estate development and, where they do so, that Part or Schedule
1, as so varied, applies accordingly.
