(1)

At any time before a building management corporation first meets after its incorporation the Minister may make a by-law on any matter that under section 26ZZA the building management corporation could make a by-law.

(2)

A by-law made under subsection (1) may be revoked or amended by a by-law under section 26ZZA by the building management corporation.
