29 Body corporate may appoint representative
(1)
A body corporate that is a proprietor of a unit may appoint a person as its representative for this Part.
(2)
The appointment must be made in accordance with the management module that applies to the corporation to which the unit plan for the unit relates.
(3)
While the appointment is in force, this Part applies to the representative as if the representative were the proprietor.
