2 Information to be given to CVSU
For section 27(1) of the Act, a registered person must:
(a)
within 28 days after a change in the person's contact details, give the CVSU written notice of the person's new contact details; and
(b)
within 28 days after the occurrence of an event that affects the person's eligibility to be registered under section 19 of the Act, give the CVSU written notice of the event.
