104 Certification of expenses
In proceedings by the Territory to recover an amount under this Act, a certificate by the NT EPA certifying that an amount specified in the certificate was the amount of expense incurred by the Territory in carrying out the works or action specified in the certificate is prima facie evidence of the fact certified.
