110 Conduct of review
(1) Where an application for review is made under section 108 in respect of a decision made by:
a delegate of the Minister, or the NT EPA; or
an authorised officer or other prescribed person,
the decision is to be reviewed by the NT EPA .
Where:
(a) an application for review is made under section 108 in respect of a decision made by the NT EPA itself; or
(b) an application for a further review is made under section 109 in respect of a decision that is the subject of a determination under section 111 made by the NT EPA itself,
the decision is to be reviewed or further reviewed by:
the Minister; or
(d) a review panel established by the Minister to review the decision.
