122 Definitions
In this Part:
Administering Agency means the Agency from time to time administering this Act before the commencement day.
commencement day means the day on which section 54 of the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority Act
2012 commences.
former CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the
Administering Agency.
