46B Person must comply with emergency authorisation
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is authorised under an emergency authorisation to conduct an activity specified in Schedule 2; and
(b)
the person intentionally contravenes the emergency authorisation.
Penalty: environmental offence level 3.
(2)
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is authorised under an emergency authorisation to conduct an activity specified in Schedule 2; and
(b)
the person contravenes the emergency authorisation.
Penalty: environmental offence level 4.
