50 Amendment and revocation of environmental audit programs
(1) The NT EPA may, in writing, amend or revoke an environmental audit program it has required the person to carry out under section 48.
(2) The NT EPA must give notice of the amendment or revocation of an environmental audit program to the person required to carry out the program.
(3) Where the NT EPA amends an environmental audit program it must specify in the notice under subsection (2) the reasons for amending the program.
An amendment or revocation under this section takes effect:
(a) on the date on which the notice is given to the person under subsection (2); or
(b) where a later date is provided for in the notice – on the later date.
