82 Amendment and revocation of notices
(1)
The NT EPA may amend or revoke a pollution abatement notice by notice in writing given to the person to whom the notice was issued.
(2)
Where the NT EPA amends or revokes a pollution abatement notice issued under section 77 in relation to land:
(a)
the NT EPA must provide a copy of the amendment or revocation to the Registrar-General; and
(b)
the Registrar-General must amend or remove, as the case may be, the notice of the pollution abatement notice recorded in accordance with section 81.
