18A Staff and facilities of Controller
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer must provide the Controller with staff and facilities to enable the Controller to properly exercise or perform the Controller's powers and functions.
(2)
A staff member provided to the Controller under subsection (1) is subject only to the direction of the Controller in performing duties for the Controller.
