Duty to comply with Act and directions

In force

Nothing in this Part shall be construed as permitting a person to construct or use works otherwise than in accordance with such:

(a)

licences, permits or consents as are required under this Act for the construction or use of those works; or

(b)

lawful directions, if any, as are given by the Minister or

Controller in relation to such works.
