88C Minister may take action and recover costs
(1)
If a person to whom an action notice is issued fails to comply with the notice, the Minister may take the action required by the notice and any reasonable expenses incurred are payable by the person as a debt due to the Territory.
(2)
The Minister must give the person a notice stating the amount of the reasonable expenses incurred.
