Transfer of permit or licence

In force

If a permit or licence is granted to a person in relation to the person's interest in land and that interest is transferred to another person during the period of the permit or licence, the permit or licence:

(a)

is taken to have been transferred to the other person when the interest in the land is transferred; and

(b)

continues in effect as if it had originally been granted to the other person.
