98 Destruction of works
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(b)
the conduct results in:
(i) works constructed or used, under a licence granted or power given under this Act, being damaged or destroyed; or
(ii)
benefits required or derived from those works being diminished.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2)
Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(b).
