50 Compliance reports to be provided
(1)
A licensee must report to the Utilities Commission on his or her compliance with the terms and conditions of his or her licence and the minimum standards.
(2)
A licensee must report to the Chief Health Officer the results of his or her compliance with the minimum water quality monitoring program.
(3)
The licensee must at least once each year provide to customers and other parties information relating to his or her compliance with the terms and conditions of his or her licence.
