84 Licensee may impose conditions
(1)
An approval given under this Part is subject to conditions determined by the licensee.
(2)
Conditions may relate to the paying of charges and the discharging of trade waste in accordance with the licensee's trade waste code.
(3)
A person to whom an approval under this Part is given must comply with the conditions of the approval.
Maximum penalty: In the case of a natural person – 200 penalty units.
In the case of a corporation – 1 000 penalty units.
