Weeds Management Act 2001

On finding a person guilty of an offence against a provision of this

Act, a court may, in addition to the penalty specified for the offence, impose a further penalty, not exceeding 10 penalty units, for each day after the first day during which the offence continues if it is satisfied that the person continued in breach of, or had not complied with, the provision after the date when the offence was committed.
