15.03 Notice of objection
(1)
A person having an interest in an agreement who objects to the recording of the agreement may file a notice of objection not later than 21 days after the date of the notice given under rule 15.02.
(2)
A notice of objection is to be in accordance with Form 15C and is to state the objection and the grounds for it.
(3)
A copy of the notice of objection is to be served on each party to the agreement.
