15.10 Consideration of application
(1)
The Court must make the inquiries and seek the information (including copies of documents) that the Court considers necessary for the Court to determine whether or not to authorise a commutation.
(2)
The persons affected by a commutation must answer all questions asked by the Court and provide all information requested by the Court in respect of the commutation.
