17.06 Content of affidavit
(1)
Unless these Rules provide otherwise, an affidavit is to be confined to facts that the deponent is able to state of his or her own knowledge.
(2)
In an interlocutory application, an affidavit may contain a statement of fact based on information and belief if the grounds are set out in the affidavit.
