18.02 Service of medical reports
(1)
A party must serve on each other party a copy of a medical report as soon as practicable after it comes into his or her possession (except by service) and not later than 28 days before the commencement of the hearing of the proceeding.
(2)
A party who receives an oral report from a medical expert must give each other party written notice of its substance as soon as practicable after receiving the report and not later than 28 days before the commencement of the hearing of the proceeding.
