2.01 Calculating time
Unless the Court orders otherwise, a time fixed by these Rules or by an order or document in a proceeding is to be calculated in accordance with this rule.
If a time of one day or longer is to begin on or be calculated from a day or event, the day or the day on which the event occurs is to be excluded.
If a time of one day or longer is to end on or be calculated to a day or event, the day or the day on which the event occurs is to be included.
If a time of 7 days or less includes a day on which a registry is closed, that day is to be excluded.
If the last day for doing an act at a registry is a day on which the registry is closed, the act may be done on the next day the registry is open.
