Work Health Court Rules 1999

A reference in these Rules to a form by number is a reference to a form so numbered in the Schedule.

If a document required by or under the Act or these Rules is not prescribed in these Rules or the practice directions given under section 95(1) of the Act, the Registrar may accept a document in the form he or she approves.

An inaccuracy in the completion of a form or the use of a wrong form does not invalidate a proceeding, but the Court may make amendments to the form or make the orders that the Court considers appropriate.
