r 22.01

Filing and serving draft

In force

After the Court has made the final order in a proceeding, the party ordered to do so must:

(a)

prepare a draft of the final order in accordance with Form 22A;

and

(b)

file the draft final order and, subject to rule 22.03, without delay serve a copy on each other party.
