24.02 Appointment of legal practitioner
(1)
If a party who had not previously appointed a legal practitioner appoints a legal practitioner to act for him or her, the party must without delay file a notice of the appointment and serve a copy on the other parties.
(2)
The address for service of a party who files and serves a notice under subrule (1) is the business address of the legal practitioner.
