7.01 Date for directions conference
(1)
As soon as practicable after an appearance is filed under
Division 3 of Part 5, a Registrar must fix a date, time and place for a directions conference and give each party notice in accordance with
Form 7A.
(2)
The date fixed under subrule (1) is to be 14 days after the appearance is filed or as soon as practicable after that time.
