135 Registrar may disclose name of youth
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if:
(a)
a charge against a youth for an offence is proven (whether or not a conviction is recorded); and
(b)
a person intends to commence proceedings for loss or damage as a result of the offence; and
(c)
the proceedings under this Act in respect of the youth were closed to the public.
(2)
The person may apply to the Registrar who must supply the person with the name and address of the youth.
