223 Offences committed before commencement of this Act
(1)
This Act applies in relation to an offence committed by a youth before the commencement date.
(2)
However, a youth is not liable to a greater penalty in respect of an offence committed before the commencement date than he or she would be if the repealed Act were still in force.
