Division 4Transitional matters for Youth Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2017
229 Definitions
In this Division:
amending Act means the Youth Justice Legislation
Amendment Act 2017.
commencement means the commencement of Part 2 of the amending Act.
probation and parole officer means a probation and parole officer as defined in section 5(1) of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
the Board means the Parole Board of the Northern
Territory as defined in section 3(1) of the Parole Act 1971.
