69 Productive activities to be made available
(1) The
Superintendent must maintain a comprehensive case management system to assess each detainee's needs in relation to education, vocational training and rehabilitation.
(2) The
Superintendent must ensure an appropriate programme of productive activities that addresses the identified needs of the detainee is available to each detainee.
