20 Publication of trust area notice
(1)
The chief executive must publish a trust area notice on the department’s website.
(2)
The chief executive may ask the trustee of a trust area—
(a)
to display a copy of a trust area notice in a prominent location in a trust area for a stated period; and
(b)
to keep a copy of the notice available for inspection at a suitable location in the trust area for a stated period.
