61 Gazette notice for completed agreement or arrangement
The housing chief executive may by gazette notice declare that—
the purchaser under an agreement or arrangement mentioned in section 60 has no obligation to pay any further amount under the agreement or arrangement; and
the agreement or arrangement may be taken to be completed; and
the purchaser is the owner of the improvement stated in the notice.
The housing chief executive may publish a gazette notice under subsection (1) only with the agreement of each of the following—
the purchaser under the agreement or arrangement, or, if the purchaser is deceased, some or all of the persons who are interested persons in the estate of the deceased purchaser;
the owner of the improvement the subject of the notice.
The declaration has effect on the publication of the gazette notice.
It is not necessary that the improvement the subject of the gazette notice be the same as the improvement the subject of the agreement or arrangement mentioned in section 60.
