76 Applying ALA, s 185 (Relationship with Land Act)
ALA, section 185 applies for establishing—
(a)
the relationship between the Land Act and this Act in relation to Aboriginal trust land and a relevant lease; and
(b)
the status under the Land Act of a relevant lease;
in the same way it applies for establishing—
(c)
the relationship between the Land Act and ALA in relation to Aboriginal trust land and a trustee (Aboriginal) lease; and
(d)
the status under the Land Act of a trustee (Aboriginal) lease.
