83 Applying TSILA, s 141 (Relationship with Land Act)
TSILA, section 141 applies for establishing—
(a)
the relationship between the Land Act and this Act in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a relevant lease; and
(b)
the status under the Land Act of a relevant lease;
in the same way it applies for establishing—
(c)
the relationship between the Land Act and TSILA in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease; and
(d)
the status under the Land Act of a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease.
