8 Meaning of Aboriginal cultural heritage
Aboriginal cultural heritage is anything that is—
(a)
a significant Aboriginal area in Queensland; or
(b)
a significant Aboriginal object; or
(c)
evidence, of archaeological or historic significance, of Aboriginal occupation of an area of Queensland.
