125 Lease etc. to be registered
(1)
The lessee of a part 10 lease must register the lease and an amendment, surrender or transfer of the lease.
(2)
Despite the Land Title Act, section 65(2), an instrument of lease for Aboriginal land must include a plan of survey identifying the lease land.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply to a lease entered into only in relation to an area completely within a building.
