181 Application of pt 14
If, in relation to the mortgaging of a lease over Aboriginal land, there is an inconsistency between a provision of this part and the Land Title Act, part 6, division 3, or the Property Law Act 2023, the provision of this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
