258 Particular information to be recorded in register
(1)
The chief executive must, for each land trust and each financial year, record in the Aboriginal land holding entity register whether or not the land trust has, for the financial year, operated in compliance with the Act.
(2)
In deciding whether or not a land trust has operated in compliance with the Act, the chief executive must have regard to any minimum requirements, declared by the Minister, that a land trust must meet to be compliant.
