300 Transferred land—change to beneficiaries
(1)
This section applies to transferred land granted before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the trustee of the land is taken to hold it for the benefit of Aboriginal people particularly concerned with the land and their ancestors and descendants.
(3)
As soon as practicable after the commencement, the chief executive must give notice to the registrar that the land vests in the trustee as mentioned in subsection (2).
(4)
On receiving the notice, the registrar must record in the freehold land register that the land is vested as mentioned in subsection (2).
