32K Local government to follow process in guideline

(1)

This section applies if a local government receives a notice under section 32J(2)(b) in relation to a freehold instrument.

(2)

The local government must follow the process stated in the guideline made by the Minister under section 32H.

(3)

After the process is completed, the local government must give the freehold instrument to the Minister for approval.
