54 Resource reservations under resource Acts

A deed of grant of transferred land must contain the reservations to the State taken to be contained in the grant under the following—

• the Geothermal Energy Act 2010, section 29

• the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009, section 28

• the Mineral Resources Act 1989, section 8

• the Petroleum Act 1923, section 10

• the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004, section 27.
