90 How land is held by the State

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

the land vests in the State under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cwlth); or

(b)

the land vests in the State under section 89.

(2)

The land—

(a)

vests in the State in fee simple; and

(b)

the State holds the land for the benefit of the persons for whose benefit the land was held immediately before it vested in the State.
