50 Application of provisions for particular land
(1)
This section applies to land that—
(a)
is granted under part 4 of the Act; and
(b)
is held for the benefit of Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders particularly concerned with the land, and their ancestors and descendants.
(2)
Sections 15 and 22 apply in relation to the land—
(a)
as if the reference in section 15(4), definition individual to an Aboriginal person particularly concerned with the land included a reference to a Torres Strait Islander particularly concerned with the land; and
(b)
as if the reference in section 22(a) to Aboriginal people included a reference to Torres Strait Islanders.
